About
me
Before I ever coached athletes, I went through my own transformation, losing over 72 kg through training, nutrition, and consistency. Since then, I’ve repeated large weight cuts of 30+ kg multiple times, giving me firsthand experience with the physical and mental challenges that come with major weight loss. Along the way, I learned how to build muscle and improve overall body composition, not just lose weight.
After that personal journey, I spent several years in the United States working as a coach and strength & conditioning coordinator for American football athletes, developing programs to build strength, power, and resilience. Today I combine that high-level training experience with my personal understanding of weight loss to help clients lose fat, build muscle, and achieve results that last.
