Who I am.

I grew up loving sports and staying active, playing football from age six through eighteen and basketball from six to fourteen. But despite being involved in athletics, I struggled with my weight from a very young age. By middle school I weighed around 200 lbs (91 kg), and by high school my weight had climbed past 300 lbs (136 kg). After high school, my weight eventually reached 360 lbs (163 kg), and I knew something had to change.

At 22 years old, I committed to transforming my life. Through disciplined training, improved nutrition, and relentless consistency, I lost over 160 lbs (73 kg) and brought my weight down to around 200 lbs. That experience didn’t just change my body, it changed how I understood fitness, health, and the mental side of long-term transformation.

Since then, I’ve spent years continuing to train, refine my approach, and experiment with different training phases, including significant weight loss phases and multiple bulking cycles focused on building muscle and improving physique. Having personally experienced both sides of the process, losing a large amount of weight and later focusing on building muscle, has given me a deep, practical understanding of how the body changes over time.

Today, I bring that perspective to every client I work with. Whether someone wants to lose weight, build muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply feel stronger and more confident, my goal is to help them achieve results that are sustainable, realistic, and life-changing, because I know exactly what that journey feels like.
